Bylaw 1647R - Land Use Bylaw Amendment
At the September 9th, 2025 Council Meeting Council gave first reading to an amending bylaw that will amend the Land use Bylaw as follows:
- Allowing detached secondary suits, also known as mother-in-law suites, in R1 Residential areas.
- Changing building setbacks in R3 Residential from 30ft to 20ft.
