Trick-or-Treat is on Saturday October 30th in Cardston, not Sunday

As is tradition in Cardston when Halloween night falls on a Sunday, Town Council has declared that Halloween will be observed on Saturday, October 30th this year instead of on Sunday, October 31st.
Historically, every year Halloween has fallen on a Sunday, the Town of Cardston has moved trick-or-treat to the Saturday night prior. The last time this happened was in 2010, the time before that was back in 2004. The next time Halloween falls on a Sunday will be in 2027.
