There are in fact two parcels for sale, however, Lot 7 to the south (5,356.63 m² / 1.32 acres) is not serviced and cannot be purchased separately. Offers are being accepted for both lots together to be used as a single large lot. Lot 7 cannot be resold in the future unless the future owner pays the full price of extending services and road to Lot 7.

Standard development agreement applies: construction must commence within 1 year of purchase and be completed within 2 years.
