Job Title: Part-Time Morning Kitchen/Cafe Team Lead; (3 to 6 hours per day) 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time morning kitchen/cafe prep lead who naturally is an early morning person, to join our team for the 2023 golf season, leading our little cafe 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of breakfast and lunch items, as well as training, supporting, and supervising the morning Cash Counter Server

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and display for golf patrons the fresh offering for the day and help prepare breakfast items during the early morning golf play
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques and sanitation practices
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and cafe area
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations


  •  A love of cooking and serving others
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work early morning shifts (starting as early as 5:00am) 

This is a seasonal part-time position starting March 22 until the end of the golf season, typically the middle of October.
