Lee Creek Valley Golf Course, a municipally owned and managed destination for golf enthusiasts, is seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to assist the GM in managing all aspects of the golf course maintenance, through supporting the staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team to ensure optimal course conditions
  • In collaboration - develop and manage the annual budget and schedules of major actions for course maintenance.
  • Implement pest, weed, and disease management programs with an emphasis on going organic wherever possible.
  • Uphold environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Turf Management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety procedures.
