February 26 2021At the time of this writing, letters containing a unique code and instructions on how to complete the survey have been hand-delivered to virtually every door in Cardston. If you did not notice a letter at your door or in your mailbox, there is a possibility the wind may have collected it before you had a chance, or it may have dislodged it from your door and concealed it in your bushes...
For whatever reason you feel you may not have received your letter, you may call Town office any day next week and we will provide you with the survey code for your address. Please note that only one survey submission will be accepted for each address.
If you are unable to complete the survey online for any reason, someone in the office will be happy to submit your answers on your behalf over the phone.
The survey will be closed for submissions at 4:30 PM on Friday March 5th.
