Public Hearing

A minor amendment is proposed for the Land Use Bylaw. The current bylaw does not allow for the development of Drive-through restaurants in the Central Commercial Area (i.e. Main Street) even though a drive-through already exists there. The proposed bylaw will amend the land use bylaw to add Drive-ins/drive-throughs in the Central Commercial area as a permitted use. Below is the legal notice required by the Municipal Government Act.
